Tumble Tots Return & Refund Policy
At Tumble Tots, we want every parent to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Free from stains, damage, odors, or signs of wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
For hygiene and child safety reasons, items that have been heavily used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way may not qualify for a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. For size, color, or preference changes, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn baby safety products
- Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or visible wear
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products returned without original packaging
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
